Pure Balance Studio redefines Pilates with a hybrid training system combining Pilates, cardio, and strength. These essential training elements make an efficient way to get your heart pumping, tone up, and stay bendy in under an hour. Mix multiple workouts into one session or just keep it pure and find your balance with pure Pilates. All sessions utilise our Pilates zone featuring a full range of Balance Body Pilates equipment. Instructors will also take you through your paces in the Functional Training Zone with NoHRD, Rip 60, Spin, Rowing, Water Training, and Weights.
