What do we offer?

We offer a multitude of things! Want to be fit? Healthy? Toned? Lose weight? Do you think you’re too busy to train? STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Have kids? Bring them too! Together we can work out a fitness plan to accommodate everybody, they can even join in! Suitable for any age! I tailor personal training sessions and group sessions to each individual person.

Tim also provides similar sessions, specifying success that is driven in meeting your goals which is paramount to your success. His main focus is weight loss and employment specific training.

We are not just limited to these areas, we are open minded for all areas ranging from sports specific training, performance Kettlebells, Group training, personal training, strength, weight loss and endurance.

What to expect

If you are new to training, or just getting back into it, after your first few training sessions, you will notice muscles which you have not necessarily activated often, and some you have, will be painful to use for the next few days. During this time, it is important to maintain high levels of water intake, and healthy eating. This will assist in reducing soreness, and with muscle repair. Attached you will find a handy sheet of stretches to assist with soreness and home flexibility training. All stretches are recommended to be held for 30-40 seconds. Any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your trainer.

Equipment and Attire

For all training sessions please be aware that particular equipment is required.
The small list below is required:
- Hat and Sunscreen (for outdoor training)
- Bottle of Water
- Towel (and fitness mat if preferred)
- Comfortable Non-Restrictive Training Clothes
- Appropriate Training Runners/Joggers/Cross Trainers
- Any required medication, eg asthma puffer, epi pen
(please note: please refrain taking pain killers prior to training sessions)

Price List
All new clients will incur a once-off only insurance payment, of either;
$29 for group clients
$49 for personal training clients
Group Training;
With all Pulse Fitness Classes, the cost per group training session is $10 per head, paid at the beginning of each session, in cash.

Personal Training;

$60 for 1 hour
This cost can be split between up to 4 people for 1 hour personal training sessions.

Eg: 1 person for 1 hour = $60
2 people for 1 hour = $30 each
3 people for 1 hour = $20 each
4 people for 1 hour = $15 each

$40 for 30 minutes

This cost can be split between up to 2 people for 30 minute personal training sessions.

Eg: 1 person for 30 minutes = $40
2 people for 30 minutes = $20 each

All session payments are to be paid in cash to the trainer instructing the session. Please do not hesitate to ask is a receipt is required.
