PubFit is a free exercise class specifically designed for women.
Our goal is to build a healthy, active community of women of all ages, sizes and backgrounds.
All exercises are carefully selected to help strengthening your core as well as toning your abs, butt & thighs. Stretching is an important part of our fitness philosophy. This is why we allocated and entire class for it.
