I provide customised personal and small group training at a location to suit you.

I can meet you at your local park, at your home, near your work or anywhere that works best for you and your lifestyle.

My training is challenging, yet fun and motivating. I'd like to help you foster a healthy and active way of living and to work with you to accomplish your fitness goals.

I've had a passion for sport and being active for as long as I can remember. An energetic toddler that never ran out of steam :-).

Now, a mother of two small children, I'm pretty grateful for that excess energy, so that I can keep up with them and share in their love of life and simply being.
