Prue Challis Kinesiology

In a kinesiology session gentle muscle monitoring is used to assess the flow of energy in the body and identify areas of stress or imbalance. Various correction techniques are then used to assist the body in healing itself on a physical, biochemical, emotional and/or energetic level.
These techniques may consist of:
• Acupressure
• Flower Essence Therapy
• Identifying and working with old belief systems or patterns
• Structural assessments and corrections
• Working with the chakra and meridian systems
• Looking at the causes behind physical symptoms and stress

Kinesiology is a wonderful way to empower ourselves by assisting our body to reconnect with its natural state of balance. Coping with the demands of work, school, relationships, adapting well to change, looking after our health and being happy with who we are can be challenging.
Our natural state, and the place from which we best operate, is a place of balance.
