Proton Corner

Proton Corner is a site in the Gnowangerup Shire near the town of Borden at the foot of the Stirling Ranges.
This is where a Proton car came off the road one night on its way home. No one was injured except the "proton".
Jill O'Meehan has been painting and decorating this car where it sits for several years now. It has solar powered fairy lights to illuminate it at night.
It has become a bit of a local attraction so feel free to check in and take a photo. Just pull up on the side road to avoid your car joining this one in the scrub.
