This content (Song Video Clip) agreement is made as of Song uploaded date between PROMOTELK (PROMOTE Australia) and Song music video owner hereinafter collectively referred as the “Parties”.

PROMOTELK (PROMOTE Australia) own or has the right to distribute certain content (Song Video Clip), more particularly described in schedule A. Songs uploaded to PROMOTE/PROMOTELK and maintains a related sites on the internet at www.promotelk.com , Promotelk YouTube channel and Promote official Facebook page.

The Parties desire that the content be distributed and promote through the above mentioned sites.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and mutual covenants set forth herein, the Parties agree as follow:
GRANT OF RIGHTS

Song music video owner grants to PROMOTELK (PROMOTE Australia) as follows:
1.1 A non exclusive, worldwide licence to use, distribute, display and transmit the content in electronic form in connection with the sites via the internet, and to permit users of the sites to download the content for personal use ( hereinafter referred to as the “Rights”). PROMOTELK (PROMOTE Australia) right to modify the content shall be limited to modifying the content to fit the format and look and feel of the site.
