Project Health and Fitness

We all have our Get Fit, Get Healthy Projects we set at some point in our lives. It could be a New Years Resolution, after a baby, to have a baby, for a special occasion or just because we feel it's time! Not everyone has the motivation or desire to slog it out in the gym. So if getting out in the great outdoors is the way you like to exercise then with Project Health and Fitness we can find a program that bests suits your needs and/ or your lifestyle. We offer One on One Personal Training, Couples or Buddy Sessions and Group Fitness Sessions.

You'll work hard, you'll have fun and most of all you will fulfill those Health and Fitness Projects....Personal Training starts from $35/ session.

Group Sessions start from $20/ week.
