Established in June 1968 by founder John Gordon Coote, with a sales team of three, the firm was known as “Farming Real Estate” before changing its name to “Southern Districts Estate Agency” a year or so later. For the first four years the Company specialised only in rural sales in the South West region and the wheat belt.
In 1972 its interest spread to urban selling. There followed a natural progression to industrial / commercial development and management, settlements, housing rentals and finance advice to clients which continues today.
Elders Southern Districts Estate Agency is now one of the largest and most diversified real estate groups in the South West of Western Australia.
Our offices in Bunbury, Capel & Collie are managed by staff with areas of expertise that closely match the diversified nature of our operations. We take pride and responsibility in our diversity across commercial property management, leasing and sales, business sales , sellers of residential property, managers of residential property and sellers of rural land across the entire South West land division.
