Coffee

Our fine coffee is from the great Atomica coffee roasters with their excellence in production of premium quality coffee beans and their participation to Australian made fine coffee from the city of Melbourne. Choose between our two fine blends of premium quality coffee beans.

Try TIGER RAY for a well balanced cup of full bodied coffee, with medium acidity. Your perfect shot of espresso with floral notes at first that lead to spicy overtones, with hints of tobacco and cocoa creating a pleasant, long-lingering aftertaste. This blend is excellent with black coffees and very smooth and delicious with milky coffees.

Try ATMOICA DARK for a full bodied yet balanced cup with a sweet, dark cocoa finish. Adding milk will pronounce the hazelnut and add flavours of honey, through to a dark chocolate finish. As an espresso, it offers subtle marmalade notes that give way to flavours of roasted hazelnut, nougat and dark cherry. Slightly darker beans and stronger taste are some other defining factors of this fine blend.


Breakfast

Prime House breakfast toasties are the word of the mouth. In this classic but new trend you choose a toastie with your two selected fillings for only $5. You can add a delicious coffee or hot drink to your toastie for a reduced price of $2 dollar. Some Popular toasties are egg avocado, cheese tomato, egg bacon & ham cheese. Start your morning with the prime or a customized omelette, celebrate your day with our yummy Aussie Breakfast, eggs Benedict or eggs Atlantic or for a great gluten free option enjoy the $8 Fantastic Four!


Lunch

Legendary Roast Meat - These great super tasty lunch options are prepared everyday and at 11:00am our 16 hour roast pork, free range roast chicken, grass fed boneless roast leg of lamb & grass fed roast porterhouse beef are ready to be served in rolls and roast meat plates for dine in & takeaway. There is something unique and very special about each individual roast meat at prime house and to satisfy different hunger levels, we offer different portions of meat in our various selection of roast meat plates. Our roast meat is also served in our prime hot rolls on our freshly baked baguettes and tasty brioche buns. or in freshly toasted roti wraps. Our +120 gram roast meat plates and our toasted sandwiches are excellent light options for lunch at work.

There are a variety of roast plates to choose from with various sizes and types of meat. Each Roast meat plate is served with a maximum of two sides. Roast vegetables and potatoes are the perfect healthy side of any roast meat plate.

The boneless leg of lamb is marinated with saffron, turmeric and other healthy herbs & spices. It's slow cooked for a great soft, tender & healthy pulled roast lamb that is like no other.

The saffron roast chicken is served with a creamy tomato based sauce made from a large selection of tasty, healthy & colorful vegetables.

The porterhouse beef strip-loin is juicy and always exciting. No matter if this juicy meat is served as a steak or in a roll it is one that you can't let go once you get your hands on it.

Our 16 hour roast pork is divine, so much care and passion is put into this mouthwatering roast and its greatness certainly deserves the attention it gets. It goes in the oven for 16 hours. That means all night when we all switch out and dream, the roast pork has to keep going and it is still cooking. Add to it gravy and the crispy crackling and no more shall be said.

Flame Grilled Meat Barbecue Style - If you love the flame and barbecue we are glad to meet you! So many yummy barbecue style flame grilled options to choose from our homemade burgers, pork belly open sandwich, lamb kebabs and grilled chicken salad.

Oh did someone say grilled chicken salad? served with avocado, it is the ultimate summer option.

The lamb kebabs are lamb fillets marinated with Persian flavours and served with harissa yogurt on the side, juicy and tender you can have it with rice, a salad or spice things up and have some chips on the side.
