Bridget holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the Southern School of Natural Therapies – Australia’s oldest and most renowned naturopathic college. Passionate about combining traditional naturopathic wisdom with current medical research to achieve optimal outcomes for her patients, Bridget is particularly interested in gastrointestinal conditions, mental health, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction, children’s health and general wellness promotion.

Bridget endeavours to educate and set her patients up for success. Treatment plans are holistic, evidence-based and realistic; primarily utilising food as medicine and dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as herbal medicine, nutritional medicine and functional pathology testing where necessary.
