Nick caters to all fitness levels and ages, as well as goal-orientated, individual tailored programs, to ensure clients gain maximum results from their PPT sessions (including, weight loss, weight gain, strength and conditioning, etc).
PPT sessions are available weeknights, as well as weekend bookings by request.
PPT also offers Saturday Sweat - a fun, high intensity group workout on a Saturday morning, at 8am or 9am (both are 60 mins), guaranteed to have you sweating.
