My name is Nicola Lee and I am the Sports Dietitian and Manager at Power Play Sports Nutrition specialising in nutrition for the athlete and active person.
I have been working in the sports and fitness industry for over 6 years, initially as a Personal Trainer and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. For the past 3 years I’ve been working as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with weight loss clients, active people and sports teams.
I am currently working as the Sports Dietitian for the VFL club Casey Scorpions as well as consulting to other VFL players.
We can work together to improve your overall nutrition, create individualised meal plans to help you reach your training and body composition goals.

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) – Includes full nutrition assessment, body composition assessment, individualised meal plans and recipes
Follow Up Consultation (30-45 minutes) – Review your nutrition goals, modify meal plan, body composition review and help you stay on track!
Body Composition Assessment: Skin Folds (10-15 minutes)
