Built in 2014, this gorgeous 2 storey Rivergum home has it all. Perfectly located on a corner block just 500metres to sandy beaches & local shops, our home boasts a fully furnished, open layout. The bottom level has a bathroom and 3 good sized bedrooms, all with queen sized beds & ceiling fans. The large lower living area is fitted with a TV, DVD player & sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. A large split system keeps the bottom level comfortable all year round.

The 2nd level of our home leads into an open plan living and dining area. Our gorgeous kitchen is fully furnished, including a microwave, fridge, large oven & Nespresso coffee pod machine to list a few. This area is climate controlled by a large split system AC. The lounge room has a TV, DVD player, sound system & comfy couch with sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with bedside tables, walk in robe, ceiling fan, small split system AC and opens out onto the decking.

Speaking of our deck, it is our favourite feature. A large area to lean on the railing with a beer, a timber outdoor setting which seats 10 people and a BBQ ready to be cook up a feast. After a day of swimming, fishing or sight seeing why not relax on the up there and watch the sun set with a glass or two :)
