Training a minority will tend to defeat its own progression, where training the majority is much more profitable for our fitness and wellbeing.

Becoming more able to push, jump, pull, squat, catch, throw, run, etc through Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Athletic movements is accepted as everyday movement and 'natural' giving you more return from your training. Gimmicks and Machines will always try to translate to real movement.
