OPENING HOURS:

General Practice Clinic is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Saturday morning 9am-12noon.
We are closed on public holidays.
Our doctors provide a 24hr on-call service via Port Fairy Hospital, every day of the year. If needed after hours, please call the hospital, 03 5568 0100

SERVICES:

We provide quality general practice services to the community of Port Fairy and surrounds,and also to our many visiting tourists.

We provide additional services given our regional location, including:

- Minor surgery – removal of skin cancers, cysts, suturing of complex wounds, repair of fractures and insertion/removal of contraceptive devices.
- X-ray and bedside ultrasound imaging where appropriate.
- ‘On the spot’ INR (warfarin) monitoring and dosing

Our doctors care for inpatient in Port Fairy Hospital, and for residents of Belfast House and Moyneyana House aged care facilities.

Port Fairy Medical Clinic also provides regular podiatry, psychologist and medical physician services.

HOME VISITS:

If you are too unwell to attend our clinic, you may request either

a) A home visit, or
b) Transport to hospital via ambulance, for further assessment.

Our receptionists can help guide you with this. If you are very unwell, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance.
