End of Lease Cleans.

All end of lease cleans are quoted first and foremost after the initial inspection of the property. A detailed checklist is supplied for your convenience of the work that I carry out in my end of lease cleans. Other things that are not listed will incur extra cost above our agreed payment.
The cleaning product used is Citrus based. The scrubbing compound and they are home-made with natural ingredients. Both products are harmless for both children and animals alike.
Bookings are essential, and payments are on a cash only basis. A deposit of half before commencing is required and the outstanding balance on completion along with a receipt of the service provided one for you the client and another for the real estate agent.
*Before any quote is given the property must be viewed before hand.

Another option available is water blast your pathway and driveway, to clean those cobwebs around the outside of your home.

As an option we cut your lawn and will either remove cuttings or add to the garden areas.
