Hi I'm Belinda (also known as Belle) I'm a mum to 3 young children. I'm a work in progress trying to come out of my shell and find myself.
I've recently discovered that you need to fill your cup first.
What does this mean?
Taking care of yourself = keeping your cup full. If you don’t do things to keep your cup full, you have nothing left to give or share with others.

This tends to be a tough concept for most women. We’ve been programmed genetically and socially to be the care givers, to put others first. We think we don’t deserve to take care of ourselves until everyone else is happy.

Guess what?? Everyone else is never happy. It’s a pointless quest that does nothing but suck the life out of us.

Starting this business has really filled my cup. I get to do what I love which is help people feel good about themselves and give people confidence. It has helped me grow into a strong independent women who cares about my appearance but I don't value external beauty over internal beauty. It has also brought so much positivity to my life as I am learning about balance.

I'm a naturally shy person who is working on my confidence. This business has done so much for my confidence as I am now building my own team of boss babes and helping them is surprisingly awesome and so rewarding.
