Pole plus

The Pole Plus studio is located behind Aldi McGraths Hill in the Hawkesbury area of Sydney. Our studio is a short drive (5-10min) from Riverstone and Vineyard and only 15 minutes from Rouse Hill/The Ponds/Kellyville. The biggest studio in the Hawkesbury area.

Fully air-conditioned, the studio has 3 rooms in the complex. Our main room downstairs has 12 spinning 38mm brass or chrome poles at 4 metres in height on wooden floorboards. There is a large carpeted area for our Floor Classes (Pilates, Flex & Tone & Conditioning) 2 rooms upstairs (10 – 11 poles each room) have spinning or static poles with a mixture of sizes varying from 38mm, 40mm, 45mm in a chrome or brass finish. Both rooms upstairs are fitted out with full length mirrors and carpet.

There is a reception desk and large waiting room for you to rest and prepare for your classes.
