PJ Truman Constructions and Joinery

During the many years of service to the New England Region, a wide range of projects have been completed, both commercial and domestic works for federally funded projects, state governments and private clients. Part of PJ Truman Construction has been heavily involved in the maintenance of schools and TAFE as well as Defence Housing Australia. The Growth of our company has been made possible by devising our own quality control and operational procedures. This ensures a high standard of workmanship and that our scheduled targets are achieved. This ensures a safe environment for our employees and tradesmen and a pleasant experience for our clients.
In 2000 we purchased our current workshop and started the Joinery Department. We manufacture timber windows, doors, mouldings, staircases, balustrades and so much more.
Doors we manufacture are solid timber, single-lite up to 10-lite door With safety, clear, patterned or coloured glass), bi-fold, stacker sliding, hinged, sliding, double (French), colonial style and screen doors. There are many different gauge and types of mesh available to choose from. Jambs to suit as well as hardware for your doors and windows can be arranged.
Some windows we manufacture are double hung, casement, hopper, awning, bi-fold and servery windows.
New Guinea, Rosewood, Western Red Cedar, Merbau or Kwilla re just some of the woods we work with. All can be used for interior and exterior applications but all have different strengths and colour qualities. Merbau is most durable and recommended for fire prone areas.
In 2011, Phantom, Prowler Proof, Brio and Centor screens were added to our company portfolio which complements our Joinery works. Peace of mind and security at home or at the office can be achieved with our vast range of products, professionally installed. There are many choices of colour and style, whether you are in need of 'Forcefield' security or retractable or pull down screens. We even offer a motorized window screen option. All our screens are designed with the modern lifestyle with the alfresco dining and large openings and with you, the consumer in mind.
