OZTALIA: We continue to evolve from when our family first arrived to Australia from Italy. We use the techniques passed down from generation to generation with locally sourced South Australian
ingredients. We are proud of this. Our sugo, made by the hands of the family uses South Australian, Virginia grown tomatoes.

MORE THAN PIZZA: The mitolo family came to South Australia from the Italian region of Abruzzo. Famous for Arrosticini. These skewers of lamb are cooked over charcoal. Meat deserves charcoal and salt. That is all.
