Having grown up in the Inner West, Simon and Terri Pilcher were a couple of locals who wanted to create an agency that stood apart from the others. Now, many years on and having guided over 2000 people through the sales and/or leasing process, they continue to apply their high performance standards to every area of the business.

Like many, we fell in love with the area. And now, many years later, we can’t imagine a life without supporting the West Tigers, a latte from Revolver Café or dinner at Bistro on Booth. The Inner West is our home. We’re here to stay.

Over the years, we built our reputation as not only the top agents in town, but also as hard working members of the community. We’ve earned the highest sales in the area since 2005, including multiple record high sale prices and were finalists in the prestigious Real Estate Institute of NSW Awards for Excellence in ‘05, ‘06, ‘08, ‘09, '10 and 2012.

Our success as a team led us to begin our own agency, Pilcher Residential. Our premises is in the heart of Annandale Village, on the corner of Booth and Trafalgar Streets, where our client’s homes enjoy a highly visible street presence with plenty of foot-traffic.
