About Pilates Movement in the Park
Launched by Stephanie Khoo, Pilates Movement in the Park aims to improve ones overall strength as well as core strength through controlled movements and breathing. The exercises focuses on strengthening our inner core, outer and inner thighs, arms and midback, glutes and hamstrings. It promotes deep breathing which bridges the mental and physical experience. By the end of the workout, you will feel re-energised, more aware of your posture and definitely feeling like your muscles have worked and lengthened.
Clients of all levels and abilities are always welcomed!

About the Instructor
Stephanie Khoo started dancing at the age of 10. Her training incorporates the study of contemporary technique, ballet, lyrical jazz and hip hop. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance (WAAPA) and is a certified mat Pilates Instructor. With experiences of teaching both private and group classes, Stephanie creates a full-body workout for her clients. Her classes aim to achieve new levels of strength with a focus on proper technique and postural alignment.

Pilates Movement is able to cater Pilates sessions to a place/park at your convenience. Contact us for any specific requests.
Minimum of 3 participants per class.
