Offering mobile fitness coaching that services a huge area of Brisbane, Health Revamped comes to you! We have had clients in Nundah, Chermside, Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, Red Hill, New Farm, Bardon, Enoggera, Ashgrove, Carindale, Holland Park, and many, many more locations. With Brisbane being plentiful in parks and ovals, we travel to a location most convenient for you or if you have a good outdoor space at your home, we can train you there too!


The Health Revamped coaching style is focused on YOU. Whatever your goals, we adapt the program to suit your needs. Whether it be building strength, losing fat, and improving overall fitness with high intensity circuit-style training OR increasing flexibility/mobility, building a strong pelvic floor or rehab on an injury with Pilates-style exercises. By applying evidence-based training principles with a huge variety of exercises and equipment, every Health Revamped coaching session is focused on making YOU feel good, get fit, and achieve optimum health.


In addition to being a fully certified strength coach and pilates instructor, Katy (owner/head coach) is also currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science. She is able to offer nutritional advice and eating plans to compliment your training and help you reach your goals faster.


Training sessions are available one-on-one or in pairs/small groups, if you have a partner, friend or family member to train with.
