My name is Michelle Sorensen I have had 25 years’ of experience as a fitness professional, I started my personal training business in 2005, with great success, then opened a Pilates and Yoga studio 2012. I have worked with health professionals including physiotherapist in core stability, functional exercises and re - corrective joint function (rehabilitation)
Pilates has giving me freedom in flexibility, mobility, been able to run again with no pain, feeling strong and confident, a new awareness of how to create a better functioning body, quite amazing.
And to think a gentlemen started this practise in the 1920’s in New York for men only.
My philosophy - staying young on the inside will enhances the body on the outside and by doing this it will yield amazing results.
