PICK !T UP' is an innovative new fitness group which is dedicated to improving the health, well being and quality of life of our community. At 'PICK !T UP' we specialise in BURNING your fat, BUILDING you muscle, and keeping you fit ALL YEAR ROUND!

Our programs combine cross fit style courses with the innovation and functionality of our boot camp's unique equipment to deliver top quality, butt kicking training sessions.

We strongly believe that exercise is an essential part of everyday life but we understand not everyone has the same goals when it comes to getting fit and staying in shape. That's why we make the effort and take the time to build strong relationships, alter courses and tailor them to suit each client's needs. We give relevant and specific information that you need to transform your body into one that you deserve.

All classes are run indoors with our facility hosting a kitchen, toilets, showers and a spacious exercise hall.
