* Our Class Styles *

At Phoenix we offer a broad range of styles and levels to suit everyone. If you are a beginner you can try Foundation Flow, Revive (unique to Phoenix) and Yin. And for the intermediate practitioner we offer Power Yoga, Explore and the traditional form of Ashtanga.
To complement your practice we have a wellness room offering Ayurvedic Massage and Indian Face Massage (from India), Shiatsu and Reiki (from Japan), and a Finnish Sauna.
