Phillip Island Yoga is an Iyengar yoga studio in Wimbledon Heights, Phillip Island. Fiona Rawson is a certified J.I. level II teacher, and has been teaching yoga on Phillip island for 20 years. The studio is fully equipped, air-conditioned and filled with natural light.
The Iyengar yoga system has a strong emphasis on correct body alignment, sequencing and timing of asanas (poses) to achieve strength, flexibility and balance. Ultimately though, it is through the development of focus, concentration and dedication that the greatest benefits of yoga unfold.
