Fantastic beach house in prime Surf Beach location. Five bedrooms . Garage is set up as a great fun space for kids or as a guys get away, complete with flat screen Tv and dvd player, lounges, bar fridge and table tennis table.

Still room to park the car, boat or bikes if required.

Short walk to Surf beach and local shop (licensed). Main lounge features large flat screen digital tv with dvd player. Huge bay windows with magnificent views over the stunning Sunderland Bay.

Main room has King bed, second bedroom queen, (with kids room attached sleeping 2) third room is kids room four sets of bunks (sleeps 8). Fifth room has King bed and set of bunks.

Additional beds available on request.

Enormous rear yard fully fenced for children to play. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, split system to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Also wood heater for cosy winter escapes.

New BBQ and enormous out door dining table.

Great for large groups or for two or more families. Second house next door also available on request (sleeps 8).

Right in the middle of the Island at Surf Beach you have it all. Only 15 mins by car to San Remo and Cowes, bus stop at your door stop. Walk to fully licensed local store and great surf beach.

At low tide the rock pools provide hours of enjoyment for the kids while you sit back and relax.
