Perth & Districts Multiple Birth Association Inc.

The Perth & Districts Multiple Birth Association Inc. (P&DMBA) was formed in May 1974 as the “Twins plus Club of WA” by a group of mothers who felt the need for the companionship and sharing of experiences with other parents of multiple birth children.

The Association is continuing to grow, with our membership currently consisting of around 500 families.

P&DMBA provides the following services to members in Perth and some areas of country WA:
• Social events like our big Christmas and Easter picnics, new parent morning teas, school holiday get togethers;
• Workshops for expectant parents, breastfeeding multiples, toddler multiples, and multiples in school;
• Coffee groups for parents to share with others who really ‘get it’.
• A well stocked library on multiples and equipment to hire;
• Hospital visits for expectant or new mums;
• Monthly Newsletter – informative and fun;
• Specialised contacts for premature birth, higher order multiples, special need, and bereavement.
