We are a group of Active and Positive minded people of all age groups. From high school & university students to at home mums/officer workers.

We understand that with the daily stress/wear and tear from modern society, exercise a great way for stress output and more importantly a better & healthier life style.

Our group members all exercise for different aims & goals, but we all train with the same Fun & Positive attitude.

Exercising in Parks allows us to really enjoy the outdoors atmosphere rather than stuck indoors in a gym...

We have music playing & different fitness equipment and also exercise circuits provided weekly by a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
