Penny's Family Daycare

Hello, I'm Penny. I have been caring for children in my home for 16 years, I have a diploma in centre based child care. I have three adult children and 9 beautiful grandchildren.
I am registered with Northern Children,s Network (NCN), I have a current first aid certificate am trained in anafalaxis & asthma. I am fully insured and I have vacancies right now.
I have beds for overnight stays if you're a shift worker (or just want a night off).
I provide loads of activities including; supervised water play, arts & crafts, reading, textural play, fine & gross motor skills play, reading etc.
I facilitate children from birth up. I

My philosophy & goals.
I believe in providing a safe, friendly, supportive environment where children can feel comfortable to take risks and develop at their own individual pace. I promote a balanced and nutritious diet and encourage trying new foods..I strive to develop respectful relationships with both children and families through observations and effective communications. The interests and abilities of the child are the focus of planning and children are encouraged to take part in the planing process. More to come. .
