We have recently setup this luxurious apartment for holiday rental and we are sure you will enjoy this wonderful space on your next holiday.

Space
You will find the kitchen well appointed with cooking appliances, including an electric pizza oven. Our property is very child/baby friendly. We have included a high chair and portable cot along with a a kids corner with pre loved toys, games and books. For the safety of small children we have a gate which can be installed at the top of the stairwell. The inclusions at the apartment will make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

While staying in our apartment why not indulge in a glass of your favourite Kangaroo Island wine selected from one of our local wineries or enjoy some of the local produce that Kangaroo Island. These include island pure cheeses, honey, fresh water crayfish, marron, oysters, fresh fish and southrock lamb.

The KI Visitor Information centre is directly across the road from the apartment and you will find the staff very helpful and they will assist with information regarding the abundant wildlife including resident fairy penguins and wallabies. We recommend you keep an eye out for marine life including dolphins, seals and whales in the winter months. There have been occasions where whales have been sighted in Christmas Cove and you might be one of the lucky ones.

Guest access
You are free to use any appliances within the apartment. The full size fridge will allow you plenty of room to store all of the local produce you purchase to enjoy. The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and a dryer for your convenience. We have installed two televisions. One upstairs connected to a DVD player and another television downstairs. This allows families to have more options on their viewing preferences.

Guest interaction
Our staff would love the opportunity to greet you, however if you are arriving late we have installed a digital key lock on the back door to ensure you can check in when convenient for you.

Neighbourhood overview
Penneshaw is a small community with some great eating places including Penneshaw Hotel, Isola Pizza and the Ultima Thule Cafe. There are amazing Ocean Safaris which depart from Christmas Cove and many guests have been fortunate enough to see dolphins, sea lions and whales when in season. We have many local wineries for you to visit and enjoy

Getting around
Bring your car and drive to our many tourist attractions including beautiful beaches and wonderful bush walks. If you don't have a car and are happy for a short walk you can make your way direct from the ferry to our apartment. From the ferry to the apartment you will walk past the town amenities if you want to purchase any supplies. Once settled in our lovely apartment why not head off for a walk and explore the nearby beaches, boat marina and enjoy the magnificent scenery.
