Karate offers the beginner to black belt a number of obvious elements; fitness, self defence, self discipline and self development. When entering the dojo for the first time, you encounter a regime of etiquette & a philosophy which helps discipline oneself. There is no special age for the Beginner, as we cater for students as young as four years old up to mature age persons.

We have programs for Kindergarten kids, children, teens, men and women. Our kindergarten program teaches basic karate with an emphasis on fun. Children participate in games which enhance reaction & decision making skills. Our children’s program instils confidence, self esteem, discipline, co-ordination and a positive attitude which will improve children for everyday life. Our teens and adults program improves physical health and is a safe and effective approach to martial arts. You will enjoy the benefits of the most successful Karate organisation on the Peninsula.
