Penguin Healing Clinic is located in the beautiful seaside town of Penguin. Wanda studied at the Academy of Humanistic Sciences and is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychophysical Therapist. Wanda has been practicing since 1995. Wanda practices:-
Psychophysical Healing - works on the bio-energetic field of the body.
Esoteric Hypnotherapy- combines Clinical Hypnosis with traditional eastern techniques so to create a system of gentle and effective change.
Mesmerism - is a relaxing technique which produces an altered state of awareness produced by mesmeric passes.

Wanda is passionate about mind dynamics. Her interests in Raja Yoga and brain plasticity started in her late teens after going to a Hypnotherapist herself. Wanda was so fascinated and interested in the whole field that she decided to study it. After attending many workshops and colleges, Wanda found the college she had been looking for in 1994 - The Academy of Humanistic Sciences. There Wanda met Dr James McGarry (Goswami Drastamurti). His expertise in the field and extensive knowledge of both eastern and western psychology helped immensely in firmly establishing her in the search for the truth, gaining knowledge, pursuing an understanding of the universe on all levels, and metaphysics.
Raja Yoga is much of her life and Wanda has been interested in and studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali for many years. Wanda's other influences in her field of studies come from Yogananda, Krishnamurti, Maslow, Mesmer, Dr Natasha Campbell McBride (Gut Psychology) and the Theosophical Society just to name a few. Combining Clinical Hypnotherapy with eastern Yoga techniques and complementing this with Psychophysical Healing, Wanda feels that she has found a gentle and effective way of bringing balance back to the body and mind and allowing you to regain, maintain and improve your quality of life.
