Peak Trampoline

Our aim is to promote trampoline sports within our community. Trampoline is an exciting sport which requires core stability, spacial awareness, physical strength and mental alertness. All of which can be taught at Peak Trampoline and it is lots of fun!!

Trampoline is known to improve co-ordination and cognition. Trampolining is self confidence in the air! Peak Trampoline is a new and exciting Club with State of the Art equipment (all F.I.G. Federation of International Gymnastics approved) and highly qualified Professional Coaches
