As you may have guessed, we love Pavlova and we hope you do to.
We make all our pavs and sauces ourselves and we use local ingredients where possible including the fresh fruit, eggs and of course Tasmanian made real cream.
The eggs we use are free range and the pavlovas are gluten free.
We offer free tastings and a special every now and then like Lemon Curd Pav (which we also make) or Black Forest Pav with local cherries.
