I am a Change Management Specialist. I assist people to cope with life's big changes. The reason they feel overwhelmed is because they do not have the skills of how to be after the shock. As a result of this, they might feel disconnected. angry, guilty and therefore lack clarity of who they need to become. Because of this lack of clarity, some of the symptoms that show up are procrastination and self-sabotage. As a result of that, lack of confidence and self-esteem emerges and they then mistakenly come to a conclusion that there is something wrong with them. Ultimately for some, it's a lack of self-love.So what I do is help people to move forward and discover new ways of achieving acceptance while going through change .Coaching is done via Skype or face to face.
