My name is Cheniel and I am a university qualified nutritionist specialising in family and lifestylel nutrition. I hold a bachelor's degree in Paramedic Science and a Masters degree in Human Nutrition. I am a wife, a mum, a nutritionist and a paramedic. I practice within a non diet approach, this means that I don't prescribe "silver bullet" solutions or "one size fits all" eating plans. Food is forever, and I work to help you build a lifelong relationship with it that nourishes your body and mind - "How you feel is more important than how you look".

Every person is perfectly glorious, your size and shape does not define your self worth. We eat food to nourish us, to improve and maintain our health and hell, sometimes I eat some chocolate cake because I damn well feel like it and it makes me feel happy.
