BASIC CUPCAKE DECORATING BIRTHDAY PARTY
Cost $260.00 for 8 children *

Included in this price is:
•Cupcake Party which is hosted by Eve for 1.5 to 2 hours
•Assistance provided by Eve for the duration of the Cupcake party
•Demonstration of basic cake pop decorating techniques
•Chef's Hat and Apron for the children to use during the party and take home afterward
•Each child can personalise their Hat and Apron at the beginning of the party
•4 Vanilla bean cupcakes for each guest to decorate (other flavours including gluten free are available upon request. Additional charge may apply)
•Coloured and white buttercream for each party guest to use
•All ingredients for decorating the cupcakes (including Jimmies, sprinkles, pre-pared fondant shapes, sanding sugar, glitter etc)
•All required decorating tools (including icing bags, tips and spatulas)
•Cupcake box for each child to proudly present and take their cupcakes home in and therefore reduces the additional expense and need for 'lolly' or 'goody' bags
•A white carry bag which the children can take their apron & hat home in
•Full set up beforehand and clean up of the cupcake party mess afterward
•Coloured plastic tablecloths and placemats


BASIC CUPCAKE DECORATING + FONDANT PARTY PACKAGE
Cost $285.00 for 8 children *

Included in this price is:
•Everything that is included in the Basic Decorating Party Package plus
•Coloured fondant that the children can use to ice their cupcakes and make toppers/shapes
•Fondant tools including rolling pins and cutters
•Demonstration of using fondant by Eve


CAKE POP DECRATING BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE
Cost $215.00 for 8 children

Included in this price is:
•Cake Pop Party which is hosted by Eve from Eve's Cake Creations for 1.5 to 2 hours
•Assistance provided by Eve during the party
•Demonstration of basic cake pop decorating techniques
•Chef's Hat and Apron for the children to use during the party and take home afterward
•Each child can personalise their Hat and Apron at the beginning of the party
•6 mud cake ready rolled cake pops for each guest to decorate (Other flavours available upon request)
•White or Dark Chocolate for coating the cake pops in
•All ingredients for decorating the cake pops including sprinkles, sanding sugar and glitter
•All required decorating tools including cake pop sticks
•Cellophane cake pop bags for each child to proudly present their finished pops in
•A white carry bag which the children can take their apron, hat & finished cake pops home in
•Full set up beforehand and clean up of the cake pop party mess afterward
•Coloured plastic tablecloths and placemats


TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•Bookings are available Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00am or 2:00pm **
•Eve will come to your home or venue. Eve also has available an alternate venue (additional fee applies) should you prefer to not have the stress of having the party at home or your venue.
•The above cost is for 8 children (minimum number). Please add an additional $30.00 per child for the Basic Decorating Cupcake Birthday Party Package, $32.50 per child for the Basic Decorating + Fondant Cupcake Birthday Party package or $25.00 per child for the Cake Pop Decorating Birthday Party Package.
•If there will be more than 12 children there will also be an additional $50 surcharge as Eve will need to bring along an assistant
•Our parties are aimed at 5years+. However children aged less than 5 years are still welcome to join in but will require assistance from a parent who can sit and help them
•A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required
•A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 1 week before the party date
•Payment can be made via Direct Credit or PayPal
•All you need to provide is a table (or tables depending on the number of children attending) and refreshments / party food for the children

* This cost is for Parties that are held within 20km's of the Hobart CBD. An additional cost for travel may be charged for parties outside of this area.
** If either of these times do not suit other times may be available upon request.

If you book a Cupcake Birthday Party and also order your child's birthday cake through Eve's Cake Creations you will receive a 10% discount off the cost of the birthday cake.
