The Parlour Group employs 80 people and is constantly expanding. Starting with a small 35 seat restaurant, The Flying Squirrel Tapas Parlour in Bondi the company has expanded ventures to include The Stuffed Beaver Bondi, Sydney’s first Canadian themed bar, the classy 200 seat New York style Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo, and most recently Surly’s, an all American BBQ restaurant in Surry Hills.
