Modern brick walls contrast with wood pannelling to create a contemporary and stylish vibe and the house includes a new kitchen and bathrooms, and a large outdoor kitchen, BBQ, Pizza Oven and Fire Pit.

Park House is designed to help you relax whether on the patio out the back, in the lounge room or while preparing food in the chef's kitchen.

An LCD TV, stereo, Wii, playstation and DVD player are all available for use along with a reading corner with library and a great selection of board games.

For those that like to spend time on the water, Park House is in a perfect position. When the dam is at 80% or above, bring your boat up to the back of the house or paddle and swim directly from the garden.

When the water level is lower, the boat ramp at Tinaburra is just 2 minutes away by car.

Park House is quiet and private so wildlife abounds.Great bird life can be seen in the reserve opposite the back garden and cows live in the field across the road from the front of the house.

At night you can spot bandicoots, echidnas and even possums.
