Panoptic Personal Training

Panoptic Personal Training is a private home based Personal Training Studio situated off Centre Road in Vermont.

We specialise in one on one personal training and small group training for up to four people. Work on your goals in a specially designed workout for you during one on one personal training or attend small group training sessions for a high intensity group workout under the close supervision of a qualified personal trainer.

Panoptic PT also offers small group training for older adults and personal training for kids.

Jess Chamberlain attained her Certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Australian Fitness Academy in 2015, achieving their Premier Personal Trainer Certification. She also holds First Aid and CPR Certifications.

Jess has been involved with Martial Arts for over 15 years and holds a First Degree Black Belt in Zen Do Kai. Jess spent many years teaching children Karate with Firestorm Martial Arts.
A love of the martial arts, weight training, cycling and fitness in general lead to her competing her Personal Trainer's Certifications.
