Pamela's Family Daycare

I would like to welcome you to my family daycare service. I truly enjoy caring for children in my own home and look forward to getting to know you and your child. I am originally from Scotland, I have been living in Australia for over 11 years and lived in Butler with my husband for 6 years. We have a 1 year old son called Zak as well as another baby on the way. For the majority of my career I have worked in the Human Resources Industry and after the birth of my son Zak I made the decision to start my own family daycare allowing me to have a more challenging and embracing time with my son as well as being able to provide a caring and nurturing environment for other children in my care.

As a mum, I understand the need for childcare and also the worries that come along with finding the right fit and environment for your child. I aim to provide a secure, clean and caring environment for your child. I believe that children should have the freedom to explore the world around them, enjoy getting messy and utilise their senses to learn through play and enjoy activities which will assist them with development as well as being fun.

A program will be in place to assist your child’s development in line with the national quality standards. Each child’s program is developed based on their own development and interests. I would encourage parent input and the program can be adjusted to suit your child’s needs. A copy of your childs program will be available in the playroom and you are encouraged to write your comments on this as well as any suggestions you have to make the program work better for your children.
