Paleo journey with Yvie and Pete

Hello Pete and I have started paleo on 25th of may so far in 7 weeks Pete has lost 10 kilos and I have lost 12 kilos yay :) all we have done is cut out sugar, grains, wheat and dairy ect all hidden sugars even coffee, and we eat well an clean. I have tried every diet under the sun and I find I have been succeeding with this. I first started paleo 50% then 80% then 100% have gone 95% too ;) I have so much energy, lets do it guys :) Thanks to Pete Evans and his books. :)
