Patrick is a qualified carpenter with experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Having worked in both the domestic and commercial sectors he brings his vast knowledge to his building inspections.

Years in the industry started to wear on Patrick's body and so it was a happy and easy transition for him to get into building inspections. Patrick started PADnspections with the vision to protect Australian Home Owners by offering our clients a professional and thorough inspection service at a fair price

*Patrick is a qualified Pest Technician (L010332)
*He inspects over 500 houses a year
*He conducts termite treatments as well as inspections.
*Patrick has recently finished his Cert IV in Building and Construction.
