Olivia Vella, Personal Trainer - OVPT.

I am a personal trainer based out of the great Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. World Gym South Morang is my home and where you will find me most.

I am passionate about everything I do and truly dedicated to all of my clients. My sessions are not just about me training you, but about teaching you and sharing my knowledge so that you are confident to train yourself.

I am an Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 1 Coach and have also completed Level 1 Strength System with the Australian Strength Coach, Sebastian Oreb.

My goal here is to lead the world towards a better lifestyle and hope to prove that health and fitness belongs within everyone’s routine.
