OutX Fitness offers a great range of outdoor fitness training programs that help in toning up muscles and removing that excesses fat you’ve never wanted. Our group of experienced and qualified trainers supervise morning, lunchtime and afternoon workouts almost every day to help you reach your fitness goals in no time.

Each workout runs for about 45 minutes, so you’ll be able to squeeze our workouts into your busy daily schedule. We run comprehensive outdoor group fitness programs for men and women in Botany Bay, Rose Bay and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
