I am very friendly, fun loving, determined to achieve set goals and easy going. I am also long distance runner who’s very passionate to keep fit and help others with their fitness goals. I have completed Sydney Marathon (4.45hrs) in 2013, half marathon (2.05hrs) in 2014 and have done lot of long distance running in Switzerland and UK as well. Have completed Tough Mudder race in 2015. Last 6 years I have done City2Surf every year each time outdoing my previous year’s finishing time. I have completed Master Trainer Certification from Australian Institute of Fitness which is one of the most prestigious fitness institutes in Sydney, in June 2016.

I am a registered Personal Trainer in “Fitness Australia”. I am passionate about outdoor training and have founded “Outdoor-fit” personal and group training to help people achieve their personal fitness goals. I aspire to create a social,friendly and challenging environment at Outdoor-Fit.

My Logo is aimed overcoming one’s own laziness.

Training Venue: Lytton Park, Wentworthville. (Booked with Council for the below time)

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (6:00a.m to 8:00)
Saturday & Sunday (8:00a.m to 10:00a.m)

Age Group: For all Adults

I emphasise on functional training, to enable the clients achieve holistic fitness . Functional training helps in enhancing joint mobility, stability, Strength, Power and endurance which in turn help in decreasing potential injuries during workout.

Services:

Initial assessment
Personal Training (30mins, 60mins session)
Group Training (6 Weeks Programme) – 3 times a week for 45mins
Posture analysis
Strength & Conditioning
Help achieve fitness goals
Mobile Personal Training (Depending on the distance to drive)
Provide nutrition guidelines on diet
