Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Cecil Plains

The Church was opened and Blessed by his Lordship, Rev Bishop Byrne of Toowoomba on the 21st December, 1930. Rev Monsignor Nolan, Parish Priest of Dalby, named the Church "Our Lady of Lourdes" after having recently visited the Shrine in France. Mass was celebrated by Rev Bishop Byrne, assisted by Rev Monsignor Nolan and Rev Father Flynn.
Our current Priest Moderator is Father Thomas Areekuzhy.
